Hunt: Showdown is getting a slew of updates with patch 1.7.2, releasing today for PC and February 3rd for consoles.
The mysterious Mr. Orwell Chary – the first in the last Winter Solstice-Event appeared – returns and offers rewards to players in exchange for different amounts every day as part of the new Dark Tribute feature Bloodline XP. Possible rewards include the exclusive one Legendary Hunter “Bad Hand” – and other legendary items.
A variety of new rewards will also be introduced for first-time Daily Extractions, including Hunter XP and Hunt Dollars, while Blood Bonds for successful extractions for five consecutive days.
Legendary content coming with the patch includes the Flare Pistol „Death’s Beacon”, das Romero 77 Talon “Maelstrom”, the Winfield M1873 Musket Bayonet “Patre” and that Bornheim No. 3 Match „Mockingbird”.
New weapon variants include a Scottfield Model 3 Spitfire, Scottfield Model 3 Precision, Scottfield Model 3 Swift and a Berthier Mle 92 Deadeye. For the Winfield– and Winfield C-Variants will also include new ones Custom Full Metal Jacket-Ammunition provided.

Players can also celebrate Chinese New Year with the Hunt: Showdown DLC Azure Arsenal Celebrate, releasing February 1st for Steam and February 8th for consoles.
In the year of the tiger, three beautiful but deadly skins await Legendary Weapons and a Legendary Tool:
- Sui’s Bane – Berthier Mle 1892
- Ascent – Romero 77 Handcannon
- The Seventh Sun – Dolch 96 Precision
- Yuchang – Heavy Knife
There are also discounts on the main game and all DLCs with an additional loyalty discount for bundle owners until February 3rd.
