Minnesota Vikings holen Kwesi Adofo-Mensah als General Manager

Munich/Minnesota – The Minnesota Vikings have a new general manager.

As the franchise announced, Kwesi Adofo-Mensah will be the new general manager at the Vikings. He was previously the vice president of football for the Cleveland Browns. “We are delighted to welcome Kwesi to the Minnesota Vikings,” Vikings owner Mark Wilf said in a statement.

Words of praise for Adofo-Mensah

Wilf went on to praise the new Vikings GM’s “unique background, diverse football experience and leadership abilities.” At the Browns, Adofo-Mensah worked closely with GM Andrew Berry and provided input on all roster decisions.

In his statement, Adofo-Mensah thanked the Vikings for the opportunity he now has and announced that work is now beginning “to bring the Vikings fans a Super Bowl”. But the new GM must first find a new coach, his first and most important task.
