According to new information obtained on Tuesday morning, the reopening of cinemas and performance halls will take place in a second phase of relaxation.

As reported in our pages, the first stage, scheduled for January 31, concerns the resumption of sports among young people and the return of customers to restaurant dining rooms.

  • Listen to columnist Anaïs Guertin-Lacroix with Benoit Dutrizac on QUB Radio:

A week later, it will be the turn of cinemas and performance halls to reopen their doors, but with a capacity limited to 50% and a maximum of 500 people inside or 1,000 people outside.

Unsurprisingly, the vaccine passport will still be required to access these establishments.

Unless there is a change, there would be no question, for the moment, of reopening dates for bars, spas and gyms.

More details to come…
