The Samsung Galaxy S20 and S20 + are being released for Black Friday

For Black Friday, Samsung is making a major destocking of its Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20 + in their 4G and 5G versions. These high-end smartphones are therefore available from 599 euros at several merchants, while they were sold for more than 900 euros at launch.

Marketed since last March, the Samsung Galaxy S20 and S20 + are among the high-end flagships of the Korean brand. Released at rather expensive prices, the 4G and 5G versions are, fortunately, becoming much cheaper this time of Black Friday. They are all available with 310 euros at several e-merchants.

Offers at a glance

Samsung Galaxy S20

The Samsung Galaxy S20 is the basic version of the S20 range released earlier this year. It is also the most compact with a 6.2 inch screen. Its excellent Dynamic AMOLED panel also offers a refresh rate of 120 Hz: this is one of the highest rates a smartphone can have today. The fluidity of movements in the image will therefore be clearly ensured.

Samsung Galaxy S20

This smartphone is powered by an Exynos 990 chip supported by 8 GB of RAM for the 4G model, and 12 GB for the 5G version. This configuration will ensure a user experience without any slowdown, including running rather greedy 3D games.

On the photo side, the Samsung Galaxy S20 has a rather versatile module with three sensors (64 + 12 + 12 megapixels), which will demonstrate all its performance day and night.

With such a technical sheet, the Galaxy S20 will not stand out for an excellent autonomy, but its 4000 mAh battery should make it last a whole day if the use is not intensive. We will still be reassured with the fast charge up to 25W, very efficient, as well as the compatibility with wireless charging.

Samsung Galaxy S20+

The differences between the high-end smartphones Samsung Galaxy S20 and Samsung Galaxy S20 + are not very many. Like its little brother, the S20 + sports neat and excellent finishes. Its 6.7-inch screen will be particularly suitable for fans of large phones. Its Dynamic AMOLED panel also displays a QHD + definition which will make the images all the more beautiful. Fluidity will not be outdone with a refresh rate that rises to 120 Hz, as on the S20.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus

On the performance side, this smartphone also has an Exynos 990 SoC, supported by 8 GB of RAM for the 4G version and 12 GB for the 5G model.

Regarding its photo part, the Samsung Galaxy S20 + integrates the same versatile module with three sensors (64 + 12 + 12 megapixels), accompanied by an additional sensor compared to the S20: the ToF (Time of Flight) sensor, dedicated to depth field, and that will make your portraits much sharper. Overall, the photo part will offer very good quality shots, including at night.

Finally, Samsung has bet on a considerable autonomy with a battery of 4,500 mAh, which allows it to last a full day without problem, or even more if you moderate your use a little. The Galaxy S20 + is also compatible with wireless charging and fast charging up to 25W.
