Anniversary of Quebec’s family policy | A legacy to celebrate
Twenty-five years ago, on January 23, Quebec adopted a new family policy. This policy is at the origin of the creation of early childhood centers (CPE), an internationally recognized model that is still the envy of nations today and is a great source of pride for Quebec.
