From what we can observe, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram have not worked since 6.30 p.m.
Since 6.30 p.m., the WhatsApp and Instagram applications no longer work in France on March 19, 2021.
Both apps are offline
This is exactly what can be detected on Downdetector, a service that allows you to check if a service is offline with other users.
This is a general failure, it is not possible to use the apps, neither to receive messages nor to send them. Even by modifying our DNS, the services are offline which means that the problem comes directly from Facebook, owner of the two apps.
