Xiaomi has confirmed that the Redmi Note 10 will be entitled to a Super Amoled display, instead of the usual IPS LCD.
Xiaomi’s Redmi Note range has always been an excellent benchmark for value for money. Over the years, however, Xiaomi has had a tendency to rest on its laurels and slow down the innovations made to this range. We have recently been slightly disappointed by the small changes offered by the Redmi Note 9T, especially with regard to the screen.
We must believe that Xiaomi was aware of this itself, since the brand will rectify the situation for the Redmi Note 10.
Super Amoled Samsung for the Redmi Note 10
Manu Kumar Jain, in charge of Xiaomi India confirmed on Twitter that the Redmi Note 10 range will for the first time be entitled to a Super AMOLED screen. The use of this mark means that it is Samsung that produces the screens that Xiaomi will use.
