Android 12 leak offers first glimpse of weird redesign
While the announcement of Android 12 is expected for the next few weeks, the XDA Developers site has been able to get its hands on a document to discover what appears to be the interface for the next update of the OS. It’s a radical change that seems to be coming with the disappearance of transparency effects, but also a new design for the icons or for the pop-ups. In terms of features too, Android 12 would add something new with more options for managing privacy and new ways of managing conversations.
Nintendo Switch can now run Android 10
Developers have been looking to get Android 10 to work on the Nintendo Switch for years. Finally, with version 17 of LineageOS, it is now possible to install Android 10 on the Nintendo hybrid console. It is also possible to choose between two versions of the Google system: the classic version for portable mode or the Android TV version for docked mode. This hack will no longer allow you to enjoy Nintendo Switch games, however, and some joycon items will no longer be available.
MIUI 12.5: here is the deployment schedule and eligible smartphones
While Xiaomi announced on Monday the launch of the Xiaomi Mi 11 in Europe, the manufacturer also took the opportunity to say a few words about the next update of MIUI, version 12.5. Already presented, MIUI 12.5 will therefore arrive in Europe in two stages depending on Xiaomi smartphones. The first five served, starting in April, will be the Mi 10T, Mi 10T Pro, Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro and Mi 11. Thirteen other Xiaomi smartphones will be able to benefit from them during the second quarter, as well as models of entry level than more premium smartphones.
