The person concerned would in fact follow the file for two months now, following a failed fundraising by Blade at the end of 2020. If the acquisition is successful, Octave Klaba intends to continue Shadow’s activities and especially to preserve the teams. But it also and above all wants to offer a European alternative to Office 365 and G Suite services.

138 employees in France

Blade now has 138 employees in France and 25 abroad, for a total of 97,000 customers (end of 2020) and a turnover of 17 million euros clearly insufficient to move forward in good conditions.
